CMD Licensed Trainer
Chris is a registered blue gloves CMD trainer, CIA and EDGE trainer. He holds a purple belt in Monkey Jits BJJ under Rodney King, 4th Degree black belt, with permission to deliver Monkey Jits as part of the suite of programmes at CM Brighton.
He is a registered instructor with the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association (BMABA, instructor no. IX7S5389).
Outside of CMD he is a General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) Registered Practitioner Hypnotherapist using the cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy (CBH) method. This approach incorporates relaxation, mindfulness, assertiveness and cognitive skills training, and he also holds a diploma in Stress Management and Resilience Building accredited by the International Stress Management Association (ISMA).
